drawer brings image editing into the web page itself. Screenshot any element — a plot, a table, a slice of the document — and send it straight to a canvas where you can crop, annotate, combine, and compare, no external editor required.

It’s almost entirely browser-side — roughly 99% JavaScript — so it needs no server: drop it into a Shiny app, an R Markdown report, or a plain HTML page, capture or upload images, and export the result as PNG or JPG. It’s one of the three companion packages behind systemPipeShiny, where it powers the figure workbench.
