Molecular Biology Bioinformatic Scientist
2016 – 2017
Conduct laboratory research in the areas of single nucleotide polymorphisms, DNA mutations, exomes sequencing and metagenomics. This involves data collection, DNA isolation, analysis and interpretation of results, including next generation sequencing data, bioinformatics analysis and writing reports.
* __systemPipeR__ is an R/Bioconductor package for building and running automated end-to-end analysis workflows for a wide range of next generation sequence (NGS) applications such as RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, VAR-Seq and Ribo-Seq.
